Digital Course Access
- Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive immediate access to your course through email or a secure login link.
- As this is a digital product, delivery is considered complete once access has been provided.
Refund Eligibility
Because our courses are digital and downloadable, purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Refunds may only be requested if:
- You do not receive course access within 24 hours of payment, or
- You were charged but did not receive the course.
- In such cases, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us at xldcoaches@gmail.com and include:
- Your order ID
- Proof of payment
- A brief explanation of your request
Our support team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations
Since courses are delivered digitally and instantly, cancellations are not applicable once payment is confirmed.
